Stand Up Paddle board Rentals
Coming soon we will be offering SUP rentals for $90 for your whole stay. Regardless of length of stay. It pays to book more days! Enjoy the lake we love so much. If you forgot to pack yours or do not have enough room in you vehicle with all the other travelling gear you brought. Rest assured we got you covered. We will announce when these are available!

Our Off-grid Mini Cabins
We are offering our off-grid mini cabins currently for a minimum two night stay. You will grab a key from the lockbox and inside you will enjoy our cozy but roomy mini cabins.
- Upstairs loft has a queen size bed and the window looks at the tall mountain range.
- Downstairs has a sofa bed and a coffee table you can sit and enjoy the lake v
We are offering our off-grid mini cabins currently for a minimum two night stay. You will grab a key from the lockbox and inside you will enjoy our cozy but roomy mini cabins.

- Downstairs has a sofa bed and a coffee table you can sit and enjoy the lake view.
- You will have a mini fridge, air-fryer/oven and kettle. We have coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper supplied for you.
- Dishes so can make and eat a meal
- There will be 15L jugs of clean drinking water with electric pumps for ease of use.
- Heat pumps. AC in the summer and heat in the cooler months!
- Outhouse Bathroom
- We have a large cedar built solar powered Shower with hot/cold water.
- We have 32" Smart TVs so you can enjoy the odd show
- Starlink WIFI so you can stay connected. Cell service works as well in the area.
- Cabins feature wood throughout for that cabin feel
- Outside electrical plug so you can plug your vehicle in if needed
- Fire pit use, bring your own wood/pallets (NOT DURING FIRE BAN)
- We are pet friendly, be respectful of the property and neighbors please!

This property is roughly 12 acres of pristine lakefront and backing onto the mountains in the amazing West Kootenay Region! The lower half of the property accommodates the mini cabins and lakefront. The top half is forested and leads to mountains and crown land. From the cabins you can walk down and enjoy the refreshing Lower Arrow Lake

We are Kelsey, Carl and baby Rhett. We started Lakeside Castlegar Cabins because of our love for the Kootenays! We bought this property in 2022 as we were looking for our dream of lake front property. We specifically chose this property because of Castlegar's small town cozy vibe, great activities in the area and the awesome people in

We bought this property in 2022 as we were looking for our dream of lake front property. We specifically chose this property because of Castlegar's small town cozy vibe, great activities in the area and the awesome people in the Kootenays. The property will be a long road of love and hard work. In the meantime we thought why not enjoy it and so can others!

RV & Campsites
We are offering 2 RV sites will be offered at $25/night plus taxes and fees.
These sites do not have any hook-ups to septic or electricity. You must be completely self contained/sustained. You are allowed to use our hot showers and outhouse.
Wedding Ceremony Venue
We are going to be developing a wedding ceremony venue which will directly overlook the lake. Imagine this view as your backdrop to your wedding! We are looking at interest for 2025. We already have interest for fall 2024. Our package will be for rental of 3 cabins and, multiple RVs with use of the property to set up your venue for your special day as you like!
